Two conditions:
1) You (and any co-owner) of the Dam MUST be current (paying) ACH&BGA member(s).
2) The Dam needs to be an ACH&BGA dog.

Your litter registration will help the new owners adopting individual puppies to know the lineage and registration information for up to the three generations of parents proceeding the birth of your litter. You may furnish the new owner(s) of each puppy from the litter with a copy of this certificate. The new owners can then utilize their document to assist them in PERMANENT individual registration for their animal, for the current individual dog registration fee ($25).

I understand that any misrepresentations or false information that I provide may result in the disqualification of my litter registration or, in the immediate termination of puppies from this litter being properly registered in the future.

I understand that the ACH&BGA may seek to verify any or all information listed above or otherwise provided by me during the registration process. I hereby expressly authorize the ACH&BGA and its representatives to verify that information, without further notice to or consent by me, and I authorize any other registries to release relevant information about my litter's lineage.

I hereby release from liability the ACH&BGA and its representatives for seeking such information and all other persons, dog registries or organizations for furnishing such information.
